A shaded green space at 18th Street and Heights Boulevard, with the award-winning Kaiser Pavilion at its heart.
1800 Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77008

History
Constructed in 1892–93 at Heights Boulevard and 18th Street, the Cooley mansion was one of the first houses built in Houston Heights by the Omaha and South Texas Land Company.
The park is named in honor of the last mayor of Houston Heights, J.B. Marmion. Its award-winning Kaiser Pavilion was designed to emulate the Cooley home's unique turret. The Houston Heights Association purchased the land in 1979, and it has since become one of Houston's most popular outdoor wedding spots.
